Introduction

Dr. Ngasepam Monica Devi holds a Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, where her research focused on semiconductor device fabrication and characterization. Before joining IIIT Manipur, she worked at IIT Bombay as a Senior Research Project Scientist, contributing to advanced projects in nanomaterials and optoelectronic devices. Her expertise spans photodetectors, memory devices, thin-film technologies, and one-dimensional nanostructures. At IIIT Manipur, she serves as an Assistant Professor in the ECE department, actively mentoring students in semiconductor devices, VLSI design, and digital electronics.
